Because I said so...
Have you seen this movie? It's got Diane Keaton, Mandy Moore and Lauren Graham(love her, she played on Gilmore Girls, loved that show). It is such a good chick flick..I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it!

Dad & Son
I just love this picture and it is so rare that I can get these guys to cooperate with me and my camera. They were watching baseball and wearing their Braves hats to give them good luck! Hunter is growing up so fast and I know Bart misses him on a daily basis!
On the Road Again...
Bart and I have been traveling so much lately for work...our schedule the last couple of weeks went like this....New Smyrna Beach to Sarasota to Destin to Gulf Shores to New Smyrna Beach (and Bart is now in Fargo, ND and will head to Sarasota after that). The beaches are totally different in each spot. Here are some pics from the nights we spent at each spot.
Simple Shadowbox
Here are a couple Shadowboxes I made..they are pretty simple. They serve the purpose and it's hard to make a shadowbox for a guy and make it pretty!
Hunter and his IDOG
Not sure if you have ever seen this thing - IDOG - or not, but is a pretty cool thing. You plug your IPOD into it and it plays the music as a speaker...wags its tail...barks when you don't pay attention to it...growls when you pull on his tail...moves his ears. Hunter absolutely loved it, he would take it in his room and it occupied him for atleast two hours (the longest he has done much at our house by himself). 
My life has been so crazzzy lately I haven't had time to update my blog - AC brought this to my attention. This was the weekend of July 6th. That was a busy weekend with Hunter but it was
probably the calmest one we have had in a month. Hunter enjoyed
shooting off fireworks and he was so persistent on shooting them off on his own(luckily we didn't have any of the big dangerous ones). We went to the lake a couple times and my neice, Elizabeth joined us one afternoon. Hunter wore Bart out saying "throw me! throw me!" over&over!

4th of July
I went to my moms to watch the Flippin Fireworks Tuesday night and they were great. Mom invited her chuuch family to come over, my sister and her kids were there and the Collins family came over too! I am so blessed to have so many great people in my life and be able to spend the holidays with them. The only problem..I was missing the 3 most important people in my life! 
Last night Sammi and I drove up to the top of the road to watch the Bull Shoals Fireworks. I sat out the moonroof, watched and they were wonderful! I think the Flippin show was better....

I've Been Tagged by Anne-Camille...
My roommate and I once: For one semester of college I had a roommate and we did it all...her name was Candy! We talked all hours, left for food after hours, worked out, we were inseperable. We never did anything BAD - we both had boyfriends and they keep us busy and good!! :)
Never in my life have I: been skiing
High school was : split between MH and Flippin and I changed so much during my move.
When I'm nervous : I bite my nails and stumble over my words, you name it I do it when I am nervous!
My hair : is always different. Hair is one thing I can always change - if you don't like it, you can cut it off and start over!
When I was 5 : I lived in Gainesville, MO
When I turn my head left : I see my dog sleeping, so does that ALOT!!
My favorite aunt is : Aunt Nae
I have a hard time understanding : why people feel they have a right to judge
You know I like you if : I share what is going on in my like.
My ideal breakfast is : a blueberry bagel with cream cheese.
If you visit my home town : you will have to get oout on the water.
If you spend the night at my house : you would probably be in for a nice quiet night, waking up to coffee and the river!
My favorite blonde is : PINK!
My favorite brunette is : my mom!
The animal I would like to see flying besides birds: I would love for my dog Sammi to experience flying - I want her to have it all! :)
I shouldn't have been : so eager to travel

If I could have any car, it would be : I would love anything I can take the top off of - Jeep Wrangler, converible sports car! I think it's great to get out and feel the wind in my hair.

Scrapbooking Crop
This past weekend I went to a Scrapbooking Crop, held by Scrapbook Addiction at the fairgrounds. It was such a great time and I really needed it...I am completely wore out mentally 
and physically. This past year has been the most tiresome....and fullfilling year of my life, but a nice weekend of hanging out with some amazing women and doing what I love was awesome!!

LifeLong Friends
It is such a special time to me when Sandy, Christina and myself have a chance to get together and we had that chance this past weekend. We went and had supper at ElChico..and then we went on a silly little shopping trip, which are the best kinds to go on. I love these gals so much and I know life gets in the way a lot of the time and its hard to keep the relationship as strong as we need to, but I will forever want them to be a part of my life and would do anything for them!! You don't find friendships like I have with Sandy and Christina everyday and I truly am grateful!
